Nice work!!

If you wanna up your color game, try applying more of the blur tools. Depending on your coloring style, you may prefer hard cell shading, but blurring the shades together will also create interesting pieces. The biggest thing with SAI is experimentation, so have at it!!

This is really good...

but the red gloves that one guy's wearing - you can erase some of the excess red there.

I don't see any other mistakes other than that.

This is well done, the colors blend in well, the murky type effect really gives us an idea of how the situation is and even the background is appealing to look at.
